Jennifer works closely with our team to drive operational success for the firm, providing support for a collaborative and dynamic culture and fostering customer service excellence. She is responsible for the firm’s daily operations, human resources, recruitment and retention, information technology, and financial management.
An advocate for developing high-performing teams and using technology for best practice, Jennifer has a passion for coaching and enjoys analysing the dynamics of human behaviour.
Jennifer began her legal career working for a global top-tier law firm in Melbourne. She then expanded her knowledge and experience by moving into management roles in banking, finance and property before returning to the legal industry where she has held several general management positions.
Jennifer holds tertiary qualifications in business management, leadership, finance, and coaching and is a member of the Australasian Legal Practice Management Association (ALPMA).
