Gold Coast based law firm Marino Law has announced it has promoted property and commercial expert Andrew Taylor to Senior Associate.
Since joining the boutique firm in 2014, Andrew has become an integral part of the team, servicing clients with property and commercial matters including commercial and retail leasing, put and call options, mortgage default and recoveries, business transactions, companies and trusts, development and subdivisions, as well as contractual disputes, debt recovery and litigation.
Partner Ben Marino said Andrew is a key asset to the business and the promotion to Senior Associate is a reflection of the appreciation the Partners and clients hold for him.
“Services in the property and commercial sector remains in high demand and Andrew’s work ethic and dedication to the business ensures we will continue to have a strong team moving forward,” Mr Marino said.
Andrew, who is also an accredited mediator, said he is excited to be a senior member of the Marino Law team and is looking forward to what the future holds for the firm.

Andrew’s appointment to Senior Associate follows the appointment of Kerrie Clare as Senior Conveyancing Manager.
Kerrie’s has more than 25 years experience working in legal firms in Queensland and New South Wales, in all areas of the practice.
Kerrie has continued to develop her enthusiasm for conveyancing and has a wealth of experience representing clients in a wide range of both cottage conveyancing and property development.
Kerrie is a proud Gold Coaster and her passion for people ensures that every client’s conveyancing experience is as stress free as possible.
