Marino Law are proud to announce the appointment of Luke McKavanagh as Senior Associate in our property and commercial department.
Luke holds a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice and brings over 11 years’ experience in commercial, business, property and franchising law. Since 2017, Luke has served as an active member of the Queensland Law Society Franchising Law Committee.
Luke has extensive experience in retail and commercial leasing, structuring businesses, trade mark registration, shareholder agreements, intellectual property and has a speciality in franchising law.
